Position Title: Sr. Manger HR & Admin
Location: Lahore
Salary Range: (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Idea candidate must have more then 10 years experience in policy development and documentation, recruiting and staffing, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and fulfilling future business needs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Candidate must have Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
