We are hiring a Production Officer to join our team! If you think you possess the following skills.
Job Description:
- Responsible to coordinate and supervise all production activities at every process steps of assigned line to deliver PMT volume with minimum wastages.
- Ensure effective work force placement at set work stations within given authorized strength.
- Monitor safe and efficient handling of equipment installed on all production lines
- Perform necessary physical and sensory checks on all incoming raw materials on random basis.
- Responsible to coordinate with engineering for faults reporting in case of equipment malfunctioning with proper follow-up to timely restart the line.
- Generate material requisition / yield confirmation in the SAP on shift basis.
- Ensure checking of weight / length / shape of intermediate and finished product on frequent and periodic basis for quality compliance.
- Responsible to coordinate/support implementation of company procedures, good manufacturing practices and safety precautions for the safety of product and people at work.
- Ensure employees are wearing neat and clean uniform.
- Conduct checks for prohibited items, which are, not allowed in production areas,
- Responsible to generate production reports/ information/ forms and ensure their submission in the production office.
- To effectively train and motivate the sub-ordinates Skills:
