Position: Officer / Sr. Officer IT
Required Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience inclusive of 2 year in the capacity of a team lead, in a medium to Large Scale manufacturing organization.
Location : IRC Dairy Products Pvt. Limited.
Required Qualification : MCS/ BCS (Hons.) with Specialization Network / System Administration and preferably having relevant certification i-e CCNA and MCSE.
Other Details : Sound Knowledge of System Administration; sound Knowledge of hardware and Network administration; good Knowledge of Telecom administration; good Knowledge of Virtualized environment; good knowledge of IP based surveillance system; good knowledge of system security Good in Communication skills, Analytical and Logical Skills, Negotiation skills, Confident, Monitoring & Execution, Time Management and work etiquettes. Required Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, comp and ben and people management in a medium to large-scale organization.

Required Qualification: B. COM / BBA / MBA in HR.
Other Details: Knowledge of basic HR functions, Company policies and best practices, Knowledge of payroll management system, Proficient in MS Excel, Knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), strong Knowledge of Labor laws, Knowhow of disciplinary actions and its consequences. Good understanding of Employee engagement.
