Position: Officer – Records
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day management of the Document Storage & Retrieval Service.
• Manage all aspects of records disposal.
• Manage all aspects of the transfer of records to archives.
• Keep updated records and files.
• The position asks for flexibility with schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends as and when needed.
• Develop policies for the distribution and storage of records, including the incorporation of new information technologies into the organization
• To organize your own work and the work of others effectively.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with records.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation.
• Take up other duties as assigned.
