We are looking for Manager Banking & Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational requirements of all the group companies’ bank accounts
- Liaison with bank officers/personnel regarding all the banking services including financing, credit facilities, guarantees, digital banking and other financial products
- Prepare the necessary documentation including Financial Projections and Management Accounts as per bank requirements
- Manage the collateral documentation (property, asset details, etc.)
- Maintain a systematic record of all the documentation regarding banking services
- Manage short-term investments and ensure optimal returns on idle funds
- Ensure all documents compliance with bank requirements and regulatory standards
- Keep track of changes in corporate and banking regulations and update documentation accordingly
Education & Experience:
- CA/CA-Finalist/ACCA/ACMA/CFA (Level-2)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate bank financing and related matters
Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with financial software and tools
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of financial statements, loan agreements, and legal documentation
