Position: Projects Executive Mechanical
Location: Karachi
Education: B.E / B.S (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Brief for duties and responsibilities:

To prepare RFQs for various small and medium projects of both operational and strategic nature
To liaise with functional departments for smooth execution of projects and operational activities
To be proficient in site lay outing, quality control, following up with contractors from start to handover of project
To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc
To manage, design and develop small-scale mechanical projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
To manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
To conduct on site supervision of mechanical works
To assess potential risks, materials and costs
To provide advice and resolve any emerging problems in work
To oversee and liaise on with a variety of stakeholders
To monitor progress and compile reports in project status
To report progress of projects on daily, weekly and monthly basis
To hand over the resulting projects and services for use
