Position: Projects Executive Mechanical
Location: Karachi
Education: B.E / B.S (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Brief for duties and responsibilities:
- To prepare RFQs for various small and medium projects of both operational and strategic nature
- To liaise with functional departments for smooth execution of projects and operational activities
- To be proficient in site lay outing, quality control, following up with contractors from start to handover of project
- To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc
- To manage, design and develop small-scale mechanical projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- To manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- To conduct on site supervision of mechanical works
- To assess potential risks, materials and costs
- To provide advice and resolve any emerging problems in work
- To oversee and liaise on with a variety of stakeholders
- To monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- To report progress of projects on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- To hand over the resulting projects and services for use
