Desol Energy is looking for Secretary for their Head Office in Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases
- prioritising workloads
- Handling administrative workload
- liaising with lawyers and preparing documents
- logging or processing bills or expenses
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Drafting letters, emails and prepare resports on MS Office
Requirement:
- Atleast a graduate
- Proficient in English and Urdu language
- 2 years of work experience in the same field
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
