Job Description:
- Receiving annual/monthly admission targets from authorities at the Gymboree Head Office and work towards achieving those
- Preparing daily and monthly admissions report and present it to the supervisor for analysis
- Coordinating with supervisor for every event’s preparation and task’s checklist

Job Description:
- Tender searches through various media related to the education sector.
- Assist in proposal development for all clients through tender searches and business development meetings (RFPs, EOIs etc).
- Attend pre-bid meetings for the proposals in which PDLC is interested in.

Job Description:
Library Management:
- Develop a school visit schedule with immediate supervisor for approvals
- Directly contact SH for school visits as per schedule
- Travel to schools across the designated region and conduct physical site inspection at libraries in schools
- Visit schools for handing and taking-over cases
- Receive library budget through the RD
- Compile the data, divide the budget into SGOs with the help of immediate supervisor and assistant officer
- If required, contact vendors, take catalogue details from vendors, share it with the SH for confirmation of orders
- Maintain a list of book requirements, three times a year
- Ensure book requirements form is filled by librarians and returned

Job Description:
Curriculum development and redesigning:
- Review curriculum documents, identify problems and develop needs analysis of books and curriculum for the Primary–Middle years
- Establish communication with SH and arrange coordination meetings with Art teachers in to solicit input on problem identification
- Collaborate with regions for reviewing and feedback for suggested changes in the curriculum documents and resource packs
- Once approved, all relevant feedback is incorporated
- Liaise with publishers for the development of the sample print
- Circulate the first draft to all relevant CCs and stakeholders; ensure feedback is incorporated once reviewed
- Provide final feedback to publisher and ensure changes are made chapter/unit wise as second draft prints
- Share the second draft with Regional Art Coordinators for reviewing
- After the approval is received from Regional Art Coordinators, provide the feedback to publisher for the third draft
- Back and forth of document till ensured there are zero errors, and finally ready for publishing
- Upload the revised curriculum on learning center
- Implementation & Evaluation of current and proposed curriculum in schools:
- Coordinate with the Regional Art Coordinators and school art teachers to pilot the curriculum books and resource packs in specific schools
- Communicate with Regional Art Coordinators and Art teachers to collect feedback once curriculum books and resource packs are reviewed for any short-comings, make amendments as required
- Mainstream for a set period of time and move to the next grade for the same process
