Position Title: Industrial Relations Business Partner

Brief Job Description:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with employee representatives, trade unions, and other stakeholders involved in employee relations.
Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on labor laws, company policies, and employment contracts.
Conducting investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, and recommending appropriate actions based on the findings.
Facilitating negotiations with employee representatives on issues such as collective bargaining agreements, employee benefits, and workplace policies.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity, and reduce employee turnover.
Monitoring and analyzing data related to employee relations, such as absenteeism rates, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Providing training to managers and employees on issues related to industrial relations, including conflict resolution, communication, and leadership.

Qualifications: MPA/MBA (LLB qualified will have an edge).

Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
