Duration: 2-3 months (can be extended based on performance)
Responsibilities:
- Research and design fresh hire programs and assessment processes
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Research on training programs and coordinating with departments for their requirements
- Compile and present information
- Draft and update HR policies
- Draft proposals and make power point for presentation to the management
- Design and execute employee engagement activities
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Skills required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good research skills
- Excellent English writing and content development ability
- Should have a basic know-how of HR
- Ability to review and analyze data
