Location: Islamabad

Overview of Job: Chief Risk Officer is Responsible to perform the functions pertaining to development and oversight of risk strategy, policy, framework, methodology and MIS. for ensuring compliance with the applicable risk management local regulations or other generally accepted risk management practices within the banking industry.
The role of the Chief Risk Officer shall be both as a strategic advisor to the business units providing input and feedback on risk issues and on the best ways to identify and manage these issues as well as a risk controller setting parameters for risk activities and reviewing compliance with these parameters.

Essential Requirements: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Risk Management / Audit / Credit/ Finance function with 5 years at senior/ policy level in a commercial bank/ DFI/ NBFI or corporate/ multinational organization

Location: Islamabad

Job Objective: Reengineer branch banking processes in line with policies & procedures, regulatory changes, operations challenges, systems, products etc. with an aim to reduce turnaround time, operational cost improvement, remove bottlenecks, improve efficiency and/or to provide better services/improve customer experience for KMBL clients, however keeping appropriate control/checks.

Essential Requirements: Minimum 7 years of branch banking operations, process improvement & re-engineering and business continuity planning experience preferably with a multinational Bank or financial intuition.
