Job Specification:
1. Ensure that LPG delivers benefits that meet and exceed customers need
2. Lead the development of a high value customer base
3. Conduct Market Surveys to evaluate LPG demand and volumes in each market segment
4. Develop and maintain LPG sales Forecast, by market segment, with financial outlay
5. Responsible for selection of distributors for a viable envelop and development of showrooms/outlets, in coordination with Retail Business with proper branding
6. Coordinate and maintain frequent contact with local producers, major marketers and import prices in order to set retail prices at right time
7. Planning, purchase and disposal of marketing equipment
8. Select & nominate transportation companies for packed and bulk supplies of LPG
9. Implement HSSE Standards at all levels and close monitoring
10. Schedule supplies and maintain close link with plants and operations

JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Transport

QUALIFICATION: B.E Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical OR MBA

JOB PURPOSE:
• Act as a representative for engagement / negotiations with Cartage Contractors, Transport Unions / Associations, Regulatory Agencies and Transportation related industry forums.
• Conduct Cartage Contractor Performance Reviews on a regular basis in accordance with Policies including but not limited to HSE KPIDs reviews, RTD Assessments etc. Identify deviations (if any) and take corrective actions accordingly and Upgrade Cartage Contractor Fleet to comply with OGRA 2009 standards
• Collaborate with Network Optimization and HSE Groups to ensure deployment of HSE Management System and Best Practices in a prioritized fashion with Carriage Contractors with highest impact initiatives implemented first.
• Oversee service levels to provide a superior level of customer satisfaction through all customer facing activities.
• Ensure execution of Tank Lorry Branding Strategy
• Ensure availability of valid Cartage Contractor Transport Agreements.
