Job Description
Main Purpose.

Responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly revenue management performance analysis for parameters including volume, mix and profitability by SKU, distributor, franchise, city and region. Prepare monthly presentations, scorecard & dashboard for commercial meetings including performance of key revenue management initiatives and effectiveness of commercial initiatives. Ensure monthly submission of revenue tracker to region and monthly detailed performance commentary for local LT and Region

Accountabilities

AOP,PSP and Forecasts: Support Revenue Manager in developing RM initiatives for AOP, PSP and forecasts. This involves coordinating analysis and developing strategic insights that will enable Commercial to deliver its financial objectives across key metrics such as volume, mix, revenue and profitability.
Revenue Management Governance: Support Revenue Manager in preparing and conducting monthly RM connect with MU GM, Sales, Franchise, Marketing, and Planning function. This will involve preparing monthly tracking of key RM initiatives, performance analysis by SKU, channel, distributor and region.
Performance tracking: Preparation of periodic RM performance deck and provide insights into performance versus AOP, forecast and prior year. Identifying performance and gap issues and drive interventions to enable business to meet its AOP and forecast targets. Keep track of planned initiatives, volume growth and mix drive.
Process/Systems development: Support Revenue Manager in development and integration of business processes and reporting systems that utilize Oracle/SAP and business intelligence tools for Commercial that provides insights and information to ensure business can drive efficiencies and meet financial targets.

Qualifications/Requirements: Key Skills/Experience/Differentiating Competencies Required

Knowledge:

Key degree in Accounting/Business Administration – MBA/MSC Finance/ACCA
Financial and Management Reporting
Business Fundamentals

Experience:

5-6 years of post-qualification experience in finance function of a reputable organization.
Commercial, accounting & finance exposure preferably with an FMCG.
Strong working knowledge of the methodologies and tools adopted for revenue management.

Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently
Team player with drive and determination for achievement of goals
Ability to work with a broad range of people of different levels including leadership team
