Veda Transit Solutions Jobs October 2017:Â HR Officer for Veda Transit Solutions Pvt. Ltd’s Lahore Head Office.
The position is responsible for:
Managing hiring process of vacant positions
Handling HR Operations
Preparation of monthly payroll
Maintaining personal files of all the staff members
Updating the HRIS module at all time
Recording and Processing Employee Claims
Preparing monthly headcount reports and organizational charts
Coordinating and liaison with third party employment contractors
Assisting in staff activities such as Training program, Orientation program
Any other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned by the Manager HR
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years experience preferably in transportation sector and should be well versed with the Labour Laws. He / She should be hands-on with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum education requirement is Masters in Human Resource Management.
