As we expand into the Japanese market, our Engineering team is scaling the “Internet of Energy,” developing high-performance systems and energy storage solutions that manage next-generation power inverters.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for an Embedded Firmware Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and test low-level firmware for microcontrollers and digital signal processors (DSPs) that drive our hardware products. You will work closely with hardware and software teams to bring complex schematic designs to life, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for critical energy management systems.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Design, code, and debug bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware using C/C++ for various microcontroller and DSP architectures.
𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work directly with hardware schematics to bring up new boards, interface with peripherals, and write low-level device drivers.
𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Perform system-level debugging, hardware/software integration testing, and performance optimization using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Collaborate with hardware design and systems engineers to review schematics, validate hardware functionality, and solve edge-case operational issues.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in embedded firmware development
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀: Demonstrated experience working with PIC, AVR, ARM microcontrollers, or DSPs
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: Advanced proficiency in C and C++ for resource-constrained embedded systems
𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆: Strong foundation in electronic fundamentals with the ability to read and analyze complex circuit schematics
𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong team-player mindset with a positive, adaptable learning attitude

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Experience with hardware communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus)
Familiarity with RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS)
Prior exposure to power electronics, solar systems, or battery management systems (BMS)
