JOB DESCRIPTION:

Albario Power Plant Implementation Company Limited (APPICL) seeks an experienced Business Development Manager with power sector expertise to drive its O&M and services expansion in Saudi Arabia.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power, or relevant Engineering discipline.
MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
10+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales within the power generation or energy sector.

TECHNICAL & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Strong Knowledge in Power Plants of Thermal, Wind, Solar and Oil & Gas.
Proven ability to develop O&M, AMC, shutdown/overhaul, electrical testing, and engineering service opportunities.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, tenders, RFQs, BOQs, and scopes of work and coordinate with technical teams for proposals.
Strong capability in lead generation, client acquisition, tendering, negotiations, and contract development.

SAUDI MARKET REQUIREMENTS:

Strong knowledge of the Saudi power generation, utilities, EPC, and industrial markets.
Established relationships with power plant owners/operators, utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
Existing network specially in Jubail, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah & Yanbu will be strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills with willingness to travel across KSA.
