Position: Officer – Control Room

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems on a 24/7 shift basis to identify security, safety, and operational issues.
• Continuously observe live video feeds and promptly detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, or operational irregularities.
• Immediately report and escalate incidents to the concerned authorities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with security personnel, operations teams, and relevant departments for timely response to incidents.
• Record, document, and maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, alarms, and actions taken during each shift.
• Retrieve, review, and export CCTV footage for investigations, audits, or management requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras, Digital/Network Video Recorders (DVR/NVR), monitors, and related surveillance equipment, and promptly report technical faults.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, security surveillance or a similar role.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong observation and monitoring skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify suspicious activities and respond promptly.
• Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and control room procedures.

Position: Accounts Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process cash, cheque, card and digital payments accurately.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Verify cash receipts and prepare daily cash reports.
• Reconcile cash collections and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Follow company cash management policies and internal control procedures.
• Assist the finance department with cash-related documentation and reporting.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Previous experience as a Bank Cashier is preferred).

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting or POS systems.
