Key Accountabilities
- Conduct risk surveys and prepare concise reports for industrial and commercial clients
- Support execution of the departmental Risk Calendar and related initiatives.
- Assess insurance exposures by reviewing client operations, processes, and industry risks.
- Analyze loss data, survey results, business interruption potential, and safety records to quantify risks.
- Recommend practical measures to reduce potential losses.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and business teams to strengthen risk-based decisions.
- Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance on emerging risks to internal and external partners
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk engineering, HSE, loss prevention or a similar field.
- Strong analytical, report-writing and communication skills.
