We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in enhancing productivity & process standardization across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards & driving continuous improvement. This role also involves planning and executing new projects aimed at operational excellence. As a potential future leader of the TCF/Assembly line, the candidate must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, a proactive as well as self-motivated mindset and a goal-oriented approach. The ability to lead and inspire production teams toward achieving both monthly and annual production targets is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial or related)
Requirements:
- 5 Year(s) experience of Inspection & Repair Line in Automotive Industry.
- Hands on experience of Project management, Time & Motion Study & Line balancing
- Planning and organizing the manufacturing/production process
- Excellent Communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
