WE ARE HIRING Marketing Coordinator Karachi
The Marketing Coordinator supports the effective coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, promotional activities, and related operations. The role ensures timely follow-up, communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and activity trackers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, MIS, and other departments for timely execution.
- Coordinate preparation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing requirements.
- Support product launches, marketing events, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, meetings, travel, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain marketing records, approvals, invoices, and related documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industry.
- Experience in marketing campaign, event, promotional material, and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, organizational, follow-up, and MS Office skills.
