KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology and Clinical Psychology in line with the approved curriculum
- Develop and deliver lectures, course materials, assessments, and other academic activities
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and theses
- Conduct independent and collaborative research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Participate in Board of Studies (BOS), seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental meetings
- Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students
- Contribute to curriculum development, course revision, and quality enhancement initiatives
- Maintain student academic records, attendance, assessments, and course documentation
- Participate in clinical training and supervision, where applicable
- Collaborate with faculty on research, academic projects, and institutional initiatives
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and other University academic requirements
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department, Principal, or Dean
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- PhD in Psychology OR MS/MPhil in Psychology or Clinical Psychology with 3 years of teaching and research experience

COLLEGE OF CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY – KARACHI
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver assigned undergraduate and postgraduate courses using evidence-based, student-centred teaching methods
- Participate in examinations, including invigililation, paper setting, moderation, and result compilation
- Supervise undergraduate research projects and assist with postgraduate research supervision, where applicable
- Assist with psychological assessments, clinical training, clinical skills laboratories, and practicum activities
- Mentor students on academic progress and professional development
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, mental health awareness campaigns, and outreach programmes
- Attend faculty development programmes, workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Principal, Head of Department, Dean, or University management
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- MS or MPhil in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an HEC-recognised institution
- No experience required; 1 year of teaching experience will be preferred
- Relevant teaching, clinical, or research experience will be an advantage
