Position: Planning Engineer – Civil No. of Positions: 01

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Candidate Profile:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
3 to 5 years of proven planning and scheduling experience within heavy construction, commercial high-rises, or industrial EPC projects.
Expert command over Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project master schedules for civil works using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Track site execution progress against baselines, identify bottlenecks, and formulate proactive delay-mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and productivity analyses for management review.
Coordinate cross-functional site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless resource allocation and timely milestone delivery.
Review contract specifications, track variations, and assist with cost-control measures.

Position: Planning Engineer – Mechanical

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Candidate Profile:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
3 to 5 years of proven planning, scheduling, and project control experience within oil & gas, process plants, power, or heavy industrial construction.
Expert command over Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical mindset, technical comprehension, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules for mechanical works including equipment erection, piping, tankage, and plant commissioning using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Monitor site progress, evaluate critical paths for mechanical completion, and implement corrective actions for variances.
Generate accurate look-ahead schedules, productivity metrics, and executive reports for mechanical packages.
Coordinate closely with project managers, mechanical site engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure smooth resource leveling and target achievement.
Align planning data with procurement and manufacturing milestones to support seamless site execution.
