Kohinoor Mills Limited is seeking for CCTV Supervisor to join our Administration Department of Weaving Division.

Location: Manga Raiwind Road, Kasur

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CCTV control room and CCTV operators.
Monitor live and recorded footage to identify suspicious activities or breaches of security.
Ensure all cameras, recording equipment, and surveillance software are functioning properly.
Maintain logs, reports, and records of all activities, incidents, and maintenance checks.
Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with on-ground security teams when necessary.
Conduct regular training and performance assessments for CCTV operators.
Provide detailed reports of incidents to management with supporting footage and documentation.
Oversee the backup and archiving of CCTV footage as per company policy.
Report equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the IT or technical team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in surveillance operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Location: Manga Raiwind Road, Kasur

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain IGP (Inward Gate Pass) and OGP (Outward Gate Pass) records.
Verify delivery invoices, POs, material descriptions, quantities, vehicle numbers, and approvals.
Record entry and exit of vehicles, suppliers and contractors.
Ensure no material leaves or enters the mill without proper authorization.
Coordinate with Security, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, and other departments.
Maintain gate registers, supporting documents, and ERP/system entries.
Report discrepancies, unauthorized movements, or incomplete documents to the concerned supervisor.
Prepare daily/monthly inward and outward movement reports when required.
Follow company SOPs, security rules, and audit requirements.

Requirements

Intermediate / D.Com / B.Com preferred.
1–3 years of experience in textile mills.
Basic MS Office/Excel and ERP knowledge.
