𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁
Tti Testing Laboratories is looking for a technically capable 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗯 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁 with practical experience in food testing, laboratory quality control, and recognised analytical methods.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a relevant field
- Minimum 𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of relevant experience in a food testing laboratory
- Knowledge of food, feed, and nutraceutical testing
- Practical experience in proximate analysis, including moisture, ash, protein, fat, and fibre
- Hands-on experience with Kjeldahl, Soxhlet, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, pH meter, refractometer, and routine laboratory equipment
- Understanding of 𝗜𝗦𝗢/𝗜𝗘𝗖 𝟭𝟳𝟬𝟮𝟱 and testing according to AOAC, ISO, Codex, and other recognised methods
- Familiarity with laboratory quality control, equipment calibration, method verification, sample traceability, documentation, and OOS reporting
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:
Experience with HPLC, LIMS, PNAC-accredited laboratory systems, method development, and testing of diverse food matrices will be an advantage.
