Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: Night Shift (6PM to 3AM) PKT
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Develop and execute operational plans to improve productivity and overall warehouse performance.
- Analyze operational data, forecast requirements, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, storage, and shipping operations while ensuring quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and product flow for maximum efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, system optimization, and workflow enhancements.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage procurement of equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance order fulfillment and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and warehouse performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
