- Regional Manager – Business Development (EPC Business)
No. of Positions: 01
Education:
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with an MBA from reputable institutes.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an EPC environment, including at least 3 years in a distinct Managerial role.
Project Delivery:
- Must have 2-3 years of execution experience on industrial projects with MNCs, alongside a proven track record handling turnkey contract.
Core Track Record:
- Comprehensive exposure across the Oil & Gas Industry (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Bulk Oil Terminals, Piping & Pipelines, Process Equipment or Pressure Vessels. (PEB experience is an advantage).
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Sound technical knowledge with deep-rooted connections at the executive level and strong market insights.
- Demonstrated capability to systematically generate and transform leads into active business.
- Strong problem-solving skills at the client level coupled with close structural coordination with the Head Office (Lahore).
- Polished presentation skills, professional reporting capabilities, and a strong corporate appearance.
