Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the internal audit plan.
- Audit Execution: Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas. Identify and assess risks, and evaluate internal controls.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow-up audits as needed.
- Process Improvement: Work with various departments to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Training & Development: Mentor and train junior audit staff.
