Soneri Bank is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join its Product Department as Manager Products & Special Initiatives – OG-2 / OG-1.

Position Title: Manager Products & Special Initiatives – OG-2 / OG-1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. MBA/Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Deposit Products / Product Management, with sound knowledge of banking regulations, regulatory compliance and customer-related disclosures.
Location: Soneri Bank Ltd. PNSC Building M.T Khan Road, Karachi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the development, enhancement and lifecycle management of Deposit Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Possess sound knowledge of SBP regulatory requirements applicable to deposit products, including Key Fact Statements (KFS), Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC), product disclosures, Terms & Conditions and Schedule of Charges.
- Review existing products and processes to ensure continued regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Branch Banking and other relevant functions for product development and implementation.
- Prepare product proposals, business cases, product programs, process notes, management presentations and regulatory responses.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and recommend product enhancements and new initiatives.
- Support implementation and monitoring of special initiatives and strategic projects assigned to the department.
- Track product performance and prepare MIS, management reports, presentations and performance analysis.
- Demonstrate a mature, responsible and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to independently manage assignments.
- Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
