ATCO is hiring Head of Product Development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute product development strategies aligned with business and market needs.
· Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical product development from concept to commercial launch.
· Manage R&D projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and development priorities.
· Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and other applicable regulatory and quality standards.
· Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, quality, and market risks.
· Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and reduction of time-to-market.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve development objectives.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development team.
Education & Experience:
· Graduate degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
· Minimum 12 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
· Strong experience in pharmaceutical R&D, formulation development, and product lifecycle management.
· Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and international regulatory requirements.
· Proven track record of managing complex product development projects through commercialization.
· Strong leadership, project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
