Role Type: Full-Time
In this role, you will review loan applications, verify applicant information through structured calls, and assess customer risk, financial stability, and overall creditworthiness. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assessment notes to support informed lending decisions.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, confident and professional telephone etiquette, and experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service. Experience in collections, debt recovery, or loan underwriting will be preferred.
