Legal Advisor (Corporate Lawyer)
Location: Islamabad. This is a consultative role and does not require daily on-site presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide legal advisory and compliance support across Roots International School & Colleges (RISC).
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk, regulatory compliance and contractual matters.
- Act as a key liaison with external legal counsel and authorities.
- Support corporate governance and HR-related legal matters.
- Oversee intellectual property issues, and assist in disciplinary processes and investigations.
- Maintain legal documentation and monitor legislative changes.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO or HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors of Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in similar capacity.
