Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Sales Manager for its Polyester Business based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively plan and achieve assigned sales and collection targets within approved credit limits by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers among existing and prospective customers, while enhancing the Company’s brand and market presence.
Ensure effective credit control and minimise bad debts by actively managing the assigned customer portfolio, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring full compliance with the Company’s credit policies and procedures.
Ensure that all assigned existing and potential customers are adequately covered and serviced in line with the Company’s ethical standards, business policies, and service commitments.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Administration team to ensure timely resolution of all sales administration–related matters at the customer end.
Support the National Sales Manager (NSM) in the development of marketing strategies by providing market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Manage commercial terms and discounts for the assigned portfolio in accordance with Company policy, including volume discounts, G2/G3 pricing, and freight-related discounts.
Liaise with the Technical Services team to ensure regular updates on consumption-based sales, line loading, and technical requirements.
Act as a backup to the NSM in his/her absence, ensuring continuity of sales operations and customer engagement.
Support the Sales Administration function by following up with customers on account-related matters, including LC submissions and acceptances.
