WE ARE HIRING! FRONT DESK OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Warmly greet all visitors and guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated comfortably and promptly inform the relevant department or employee.
- Maintain cleanliness, professional appearance, and hygiene standards at the front desk and surrounding areas.
- Attend all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff or Directors (if available).
- Maintain a daily log/record of all calls received and made.
- Check the company’s UAN and IVR system daily at 9:00 AM to ensure functionality.
- Ensure IVR recordings for closing hours are active daily.
- Receive incoming couriers and mail, sort them appropriately, and ensure timely distribution.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 Years of relevant experience in any large setup.
QUALIFICATION: Minimum graduation
LOCATION: DHA, Phase 3, Lahore.
