WE ARE HIRING Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and epics, focusing on data requirements such as data sources, quality, and accessibility.
- translate business needs into clearly defined functional and non-function requirements for data-driven initiatives and business applications.
- create comprehensive documentation, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
- work closely with data engineers, product associates, and developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of data transformation projects.
- identify and manage risks and dependencies related to data initiatives.
- contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience and a proven track record of working on data projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SQL, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Draw.io), and charting/flow tools (Lucid Charts, MS Visio).
