𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Sales Operations Executive
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lahore

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manage and improve internal sales processes, ensuring efficient order processing, sales forecasting, and timely delivery of information to the sales team
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Maintain and analyze sales data to provide insights, track KPIs, and support decision-making processes
• 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Generate regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and other key operational metrics for management review
• 𝐂𝐑𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐑𝐏 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬: Ensure the accurate and timely entry of sales data into CRM and ERP systems, and assist in maintaining system integrity
• 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee order fulfillment processes, monitor order statuses, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related roles (preferably in the packaging or manufacturing sectors)
• Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SAP
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
