Position : MANAGER HR AND ADMINISTRATION
LOCATION: Gulberg, Lahore.
Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s degree in relevant field from a HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Fashion Retail Industry
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Lead overall HR functions across retail network, production unit and corporate office.
- Improve and implement policies and SOPs to enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency and positive culture building.
- Manage recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance across the network.
- Oversee strategic HR projects and effective performance management systems.
- Build liason with the government bodies like social security, EOBI and labour department.
- Can perform administrative tasks and fulfill the requirements of the business.
