Position: Maintenance Engineer – CP Kasur
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans/systems to improve plant efficiency and reliability with increased asset utilization
- Lead a team of technicians to effectively implement preventive maintenance and continuous improvement strategies
- Lead troubleshooting and corrective activities related to breakdowns
- Monitor, report and implement controls for machine reliability, MTBF, MTTR, repair and maintenance cost reduction
- Develop strategies for optimizing energy consumption across the plant to reduce costs and improve energy efficiency
- Understands, supports, and administers all maintenance processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions, and CAP to ensure effective work practices Â
- To undertake any other job assigned from time to time
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 1-3 Years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of Sales and marketing
- Ability to lead and engage high-performance team
