SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited for the following positions from eligible candidates having domicile of Sindh. Applications must include attested photocopies of all relevant documents and a processing fee challan of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the Director Finance, Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro University of Art, Design, and Heritages, Jamshoro. Non-Teaching Positions

Registrar (BPS-20) (Tenure Post)

No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 years
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree (18 years), preferably in first class, or equivalent qualifications.
- 17 years of administrative experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above at the university level.
- Must be conversant with university Rules & Regulations.

Controller of Examination (BPS-19)

No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 years
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent (18 years of education), preferably in first division from HEC-recognized universities/institutions.
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in university or educational institutions.

Director QEC (BPS-20)

No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 years
Qualification and Experience:
- Ph.D. from HEC-recognized universities/institutions.
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in university or educational institutions.

Director ORIC (BPS-20)

No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 45 years
Qualification and Experience:
- Ph.D. from HEC-recognized universities/institutions.
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in university or educational institutions.

Terms and Conditions

The initial appointment will be on a purely contractual and tenure-track basis for 3 years.
All positions are reserved for candidates with Sindh domicile.
Candidates in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channels with an NOC from their employer.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and bank challans for each position.
Incomplete applications or those without attested copies of educational, professional, and experience certificates will not be considered.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be entertained. The envelope must clearly state the position applied for.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
The last date for submission is 2nd December 2024.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview or written test.

Note: Candidates who previously applied for these positions and fulfilled the criteria do not need to pay the challan fee again. However, fresh applications with required documents must still be submitted.
