Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project – the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Position: Senior Cost Controller

Purpose:

To provide comprehensive cost analysis and reporting on a project basis to ensure project delivery is within budget.
To provide accurate and timely cost information for decision making and management reporting.
To identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a mining or construction environment, preferably in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost models for all project phases.
Prepare and analyze cost reports on a regular basis.
Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Provide support to project managers and engineers in cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely cost information.

Position: Senior Scheduler

Purpose:

To develop and maintain project schedules that ensure timely delivery of the project.
To monitor project progress and identify potential risks and opportunities.
To provide timely and accurate project updates to management.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project scheduling in a mining or construction environment.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present project status reports to management.
Provide support to project managers and engineers in schedule development and analysis.
Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely schedule information.

Position: Site Planner – Electrical

Purpose:

To develop and maintain electrical site plans that ensure timely and safe construction of the project.
To coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
To provide technical support to the electrical team.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical site planning in a mining or construction environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain electrical site plans.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Provide technical support to the electrical team.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Prepare and present electrical site plans to management.
