SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from suitable candidates with relevant degrees/certificates recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and required post-qualification experience for appointment on a contract basis in the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation.

Position Details

Position: Facilitation Officer (Contract Basis)
Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable based on performance)
Salary: PKR 40,000/- (all-inclusive)
Total Vacancies: 19

Posting Locations

8 positions at Islamabad International Airport
5 positions at Allama Iqbal International Airport
4 positions at Jinnah International Airport
2 positions at Gwadar International Airport

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: At least a 2nd class Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in an administrative role.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (including general age relaxation).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Airport Functionaries to address the problems/complaints of Overseas Pakistanis at arrival and departure.
Manage the “One Window Facilitation Desk” at all airports systematically and efficiently.
Assist Overseas Pakistanis during crises to manage their repatriation process.
Brief outgoing and incoming Overseas Pakistanis about OPF welfare schemes.
Perform other duties assigned by the Competent Authority.

Age will be calculated as of the application submission deadline.
Eligibility will be assessed based on academic qualifications as per the job requirements.
