MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), a Public Sector University of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified candidates for the following Tenured Positions (for a period of 3 years) (Open Merit):

Registrar: The candidate eligible to apply for the position of Registrar should not be more than sixty-five years of age on the last date fixed for submission of application having the minimum qualification and experience as per the following eligibility criteria:
a) Ph.D. degree from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC with 15 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above in the Institutes of Higher Learning or other National or International Organization out of which not less than 10 years will be at an academic administrative position(s).
OR
b) First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. degree (Eighteen years education) in the relevant field from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC with 18 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above in the Institutes of Higher Learning or other National or International Organization out of which not less than 10 years will be at academic administrative position/examination Department of a University.

Controller of Examinations: The candidate eligible to apply for the position of Controller of Examinations should not be more than sixty-five years of age on the last date fixed for submission of application having the minimum qualification and experience as per the following eligibility criteria:
a) Ph.D. degree from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC with 15 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above in the Institutes of Higher Learning or other National or International Organization out of which not less than 10 years will be at an academic administrative position/examination Department of a University.
OR
b) First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. degree (Eighteen years education) in the relevant field from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC with 18 years’ relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent and above in the Institutes of Higher Learning or other National or International Organization out of which not less than 10 years will be at academic administrative position/examination Department of a University.

How to Apply?

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may download the application form by visiting the following web link: www.comsats.edu.pk/jobportal.
Duly filled application form should be sent along with 03 sets of application dossier containing HEC-attested terminal degree/HEC Equivalency certificate (in case of a foreign degree) along with copies of all academic degrees/certificates (from Matric onward), attested copy of CNIC, all experience certificates, copy of first page of published research articles (if any), & recent passport size photograph on the below-mentioned address in hardbound form.
Please also attach Pay Order/Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) as processing fee in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad” along with the application form.
In the case of applying for more than one position, the submission of a separate application for each position is mandatory along with all required documents mentioned above and a separate Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 5000/-.
Candidates currently serving in Govt./Semi-Government Organizations/Attached Departments/Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
CUI has all the right to accept or reject any or all applications without providing any reason.
