Position: Admin Officer/Executive
Location: Sheikhupura (1 position)
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest, and dedicated individual to join our team as an “Admin Officer/Executive” at our processing plant.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation (Preferably BBA)
- Experience: 3-5 years (Preferably from FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and process admin bills for mess/canteen and other local purchases.
- Finalize administrative operational demands and process PRs.
- Ensure compliances with administrative requirements.
- Assist in preparation/renewal of agreements, contracts, and NOCs.
- Assist in drafting policies & SOPs.
- Maintain allotment data in Residential Management System (RMS).
- Prepare administrative reports as required by management and HO.
- Coordinate with line staff and peers for cross-functional communications.
- Coordinate on IR-related issues.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
