Position : SENIOR OFFICER – GOLD LOAN
Location: Rawalpindi
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify portfolio / performance trends and provide actionable insights to the Product Head.
- Ensure timely distribution of stationery, Marketing materials and supplies to branches for uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordination with MARCOM team ADMIN Team to place timely orders for required Stationery and marketing materials followed by the required approvals.
- Maintain the bank’s Goldsmith database and coordinate with the risk department to on-board / review Goldsmiths at agreed intervals as per SOP.
- Assist the Product Head in conducting market analysis to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to the gold loan product.
- Manage and coordinate the auctioning process for gold loans, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain Proper records of auction notices and settlements post auctioning.
- Collaborate with other departments (IT, Digital, Finance, Call Center, Operations, Risk) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Gold Loan branches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all gold loan business-related communications to branches.
- Review and analyze recommendations of Gold Revaluation reports and follow up with the branches to action the Recommendations of Risk Management Team.
Education & Experience:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-4 years relevant experience
Skills:
- Good oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
- Proficient in MS Office Specially MS Excel.
