• Candidates from asset management companies would be preferred

Job Title: Manager, Business Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop detailed Operational Manuals, including procedures and processes for the Mutual Funds industry.
• Work closely with the Operations Department to document and streamline Unit Holder Accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Continuously update manuals to comply with industry regulations and best practices.
• Ensure seamless communication between various departments to foster operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the Mutual Funds Industry, particularly within Operations/Unit Holder Accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy.
• Proven experience in manual preparation for operational processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a structured manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Mutual Funds/Asset Management industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance in the financial sector.
