We are actively seeking an Assistant Manager – International Sales to join our dynamic team!

· General and regular coordination and communication with the export customers, thereby creating and maintaining a strong network and relationship with current and potential customers.
· Closely partner with regional sales agents to ensure effective execution of overall Marketing and Sales strategy designed by Head of Export and well as identification of opportunities and risk in the overall export process flow
· Timely and efficient execution of internal and external communication
· Complaint management: Liaison with Export Operations Executive, Planning and Customers
· Export order planning and execution
. Order initiation
. Customer and Planning communication
. Shipment execution in liaison with Export Operations Executive and Planning department
. Intervene with shipment execution where Export Coordinator/ Export Executive may need assistance
. Identify risks and escalate any obstacles/challenges to Head of Export.
· Responsible to prepare or maintain & update regular export reports:
. Order status sheet
. Shipment status and tracking report
. Shipment costing sheet (DAP/DDP costing in liaison with logistic partners)
. Monthly Export SRM (Sales Review Meeting) sheet
. Month-end sales to report: SAP vs Actual GD values to Finance
. Any other reports /working assigned by the HOD
· Explore and develop new customers and new markets
. Take initiative to explore possible avenues to expand business and report finding and suggestions to Head of Export to devise an action plan.
· Ability to handle any assigned subset region/ customers should the need arise. In this case, the AM will be expected to manage complete marketing, sales, and development operations of the assigned cluster including budgets and strategy for value addition.
· Competitor analysis
. General updated record of competitor information, capacities, facilities, locations etc.
. Competitor pricing, activities, policies and trends
· Monitor and provide continuous feedback on sales & collection targets (Aging) to Head of Export.
· Coordination with the Accounts, Audit and other departments for internal matters and escalation of issues
· Follow up and coordinate with Export Manager and GM for exhibition-related planning, documentation and issues; such as Pack Expo USA.
· Coordinate with Head of Export for execution of all foreign payments’ commissions, payments etc.
· Gather market intel from customer/vendor co-ordination and compile into actionable intel for the management.
