Responsible For:
- Expertise in mechanical systems design, maintenance, and optimization within the context of processing industries.
- Application of advanced mechanical engineering principles to enhance processes in the manufacturing and processing sector.
- Conduct research and analysis using advanced tools to improve mechanical systems in processing, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge mechanical components into processing equipment and machinery.
- Design, implement, and oversee advanced preventive maintenance programs for intricate mechanical systems in processing plants.
Core Expertise: - Advanced proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art automation and control systems used in textile processing, including applications in rotary printing, thermosol dyeing, and bleaching processes.
- Proficient in utilizing advanced software and tools, including SolidWorks, ANSYS, and similar applications tailored for intricate mechanical design and analysis, with additional expertise in SCADA systems and automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Specialized knowledge in materials science, encompassing advanced materials selection, stress analysis techniques, and failure mode assessment for high-performance mechanical components.
2 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on textile processing industries.
MS in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 from a prestigious university. Preference will be given to candidates based in Faisalabad and those with SAP knowledge.
