Position: QC Lead
The role is responsible to lead plant quality agenda through managing QA laboratory and ensure testing of all products and incoming materials according to AMEA Analytical procedures. The role is responsible to ensure the production within PI and specification and work closely with operations team for rectification of all process related issues. The role will also manage coordination with region and sector on laboratory program and align the business accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Manage IPS Laboratory system program and compliance to IPS lab standard at plant
- Manage QA front line team for plant quality monitoring program in process and packaging area and ensure timely communication of non-conformances.
- Lead implementation of PepsiCo quality standards at Frito-Lay plant as well as third party manufacturing sites through effective implementation of AQC, proficiency and calibration programs.
- Manage training and capability development agenda of lab team for AMEA Laboratory, Quality and Food safety systems and ensure effectiveness through on job evaluations.
- Coordinate with R&D and plant team regarding new specification control, analytical testing and product trial assessment and lead for the execution of their controls regarding new launches keeping in view their specifications
- Manage balanced duty plan for the Laboratory team ensuring work life balance and thorough coverage of team in all shifts. Track PMP for the team directly reporting to him and ensure development plan accordingly
- Compliance to plant quality KPIs against AOP and develop action plan for further improvement through effective coordination with all stakeholders.
- Ensure development and compliance of MOH for quality and laboratory program and develop CAPEX based projects keeping in view the AMEA quality and Laboratory development roadmap
- Root cause analysis and action plan for market complaints related to analytical attributes and analytical testing.
- Effectively coordinate with regional and sector teams to align the updates and synchronize the laboratory agenda accordingly through training and development of people and laboratory processes.
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY
Assess the processes and products for risks of QA and food safety or food defense and take immediate action (corrective / preventive) to eliminate risk. Block any product or process observed with QA and/ or food safety risk.

- SCOPE: PepsiCo AMEA IPS Laboratory and Quality systems compliance in Frito Lay operations, and Co manufacturing facilities
- FINANCIAL CAPEX: Responsible for Lab assets of CAPEX worth around $107M
- GEOGRAPHY: Based at Sundar Plant, Lahore NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS: Production, Supply Chain, Agro, R&D, third party manufacturing
- NUMBER OF SITES: One Frito Lay plant, Bunny’s third party manufacturing facility
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Agriculture (Food Technology) with 5 years
- SET Lab systems is pre-req.
- Good knowledge of material
- testing and quality assessment
- Knowledge of Lab and quality standards
Experience : 5-10 years with FMCG

Positions: Territory Sales Officer – Hyderabad
To lead the distributor/ organization team in deploying company strategies to address local business needs. Train and motivate the team to achieve short term company objectives and long term organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
- Screening and hiring of Order Bookers / DSR’s
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of which the Key Performance Indicators are.
- Achieving the monthly Volume targets locked at the start of the year
- Productivity of daily planned shops to be visited
- Ensuring Range availability of PCI snacks in the market
- Prime rack location identification and maintenance of rack integrity
- FIFO has to be maintained both at the warehouse and in market
- Negligible stale in the market has to be maintained
- Identify stock requirement at the warehouse
- Deliver volume and revenue target for his territory
- Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
- Rollout of Sales OOR modules across distributor workforce.
- Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
- Effective utilization of subsidies provided to the distributor i.e. stale allowance, DSR salaries and Van rentals by ensuring that DSR / Distributor lifts all stale product from the market, all vans and DSRs claimed by the distributor work throughout the month
- Conduct in market training/coaching with regular Follow up / Work with
- New account development
- Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the ASM
- Management of all PI assets including racks etc.
- Implementation of Sales software at distributor end has to be ensured
Qualifications

University Graduate (BA)
Preferably 1-2 years in similar capacity but fresh may also apply
- Written and verbal communication skills
