■ Enhance and establish relationship with existing and potential customers to increase product per customer / retention of customers
■ Deliver high level of sales and service excellence
■ Deposit mobilization through effective portfolio management
■ Cross-sell consumer and wealth products
■ To be recognized by customers as a single point of contact for all their financial needs
■ To promote the highest level of customer services
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Existing banking experience is preferred
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah Degree (Dars e Nizami) from any recognized Board of Madaris with minimum 70% marks and Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class.
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Kuliyyatush Shari’ah or Kuliyyah Usooluddin, L.L.M. (Shari’ah) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent from any recognized University.

■ Good customer relationship management skills
■ Good people management skills
■ Presentation skills

■ Mindset towards Islamic banking
■ Sales and service attitude
■ Presentable personality
