The City School is looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager Training for their Regional Office in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in researching, creating, organising and finalising training content as well as resources.
- Ensure timely delivery of training content, resources and supplies.
- Initiate and manage international professional development initiatives & partnerships.
- Perform activities related to communication & coordination (within the department and externally).
- Provide support in arranging & coordinating in-house and off-site training events.
- Keeping an updated record of all the teachers enrolled in the system their need analysis, branch wise and corrective measures in close collaboration with the HR department.
- Developing a pool of master trainers’ category wise to fulfil the needs of the day-to-day requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth payroll being processed every month
- To ensure implementation of timings and off days in AMS for all staff and checking of attendance of all staff at the end of the month.
- Parental billing queries
- Processing of Transfer In/Out & Withdrawals
- Student registers reconciliation with ERP & AIMS+
- Head Impress Maintenance & Posting and Bank Reconciliation Statement
- School Budget & Expenses Monitoring
- Study Pack Distribution & Reconciliation
- Fee Recovery
- Perform calculations and system run to generate Provident Fund settlements
- Perform adjustment of fuel, healthcare, training, income tax, fee concessions, allowance (Mobile, Car, and Servant) leaves and attended days
- Generate invoice and make payments through uploading it on respective banks
- Active liaison with HR and HO Accounts Department
- Issuance of daily activity and closing report
- PF loan processing
- Any other task assigned
